The Bilingual Call Center Customer Support Representative is responsible for providing support to Independent Associates in Spanosh.  The primary duties will be to consistently resolve issues relating to compensation, marketing, sales programs, promotions, downline activity and promoting energy services.


  • Receives incoming calls from Independent Associates and provides accurate information regarding the Ignite opportunity and energy products. Recommends suggestions and strategies in building an Independent Associate business
  • Counsels Independent Associates regarding complex compensation and marketing issues to help Associates grow their business. Offers recommendations and ideas to help Associates stay motivated in the business. Instructs and directs the Associates in the fundamental steps to earning commissions
  • Initiates Associate accounts for further research, follow-up and recommends exceptions to business rules
  • Coordinates problem resolution by engaging other departments in the resolution process
  • Tracks, reports and evaluates daily call drivers. Identifies trends and recommends process changes 
  • Develops standard operating procedures within department
  • Brings relevant system and field issues to the attention of management


  • Associates Degree or equivalent credit hours preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
  • 2-4 years of related experience in multi-level marketing (MLM), direct sales or customer oriented functions. 
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • May require participation in company-sponsored events (i.e. travel locally and out of town for business events)
  • Demonstrates a strong ability to identify, analyze and resolve problems
