  • Build cascading style sheets that are consistent across all browsers
  • Ensure that web pages are coded to optimize search engine indexing and ranking
  • Produce and maintain functional requirement documentation
  • Work closely with designers, copywriters and project managers for guidance and review.
  • Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years’ experience with both front-end and back-end technologies
  • Superior knowledge of web programming languages, including HTML, Javascript, CSS3, PHP
  • Proficient with development tools like Bootstrap, jQuery, JS Frameworks
  • Experience developing for SItecore and .NET environments
  • Mastery of design fundamentals, including grid layout systems, typography, color theory
  • Understanding of and ability to explain principles of user-centric design
  • Strong knowledge of compatibility and cross-browser issues
  • Familiar with tracking & reporting analytics
  • Tremendous, luxurious, big-league skill in Adobe design apps (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
  • Able to work in both Apple and Windows operating systems
  • Clear, concise oral and written communication. Telepathy a big plus.
  • Able to occasionally work flexible hours; overtime and weekends may be required

Education & Preferred Experience:

  • BS in Programming, Computer Science or related degree from an accredited, four year college or university; will consider experience and certifications in lieu of degree.
