    As Merchandise Manager – Swag + Tools, you will be part of a creative and collaborative environment that works together to support the marketing efforts of Stream. In addition to network marketing, purchasing, vendor management, print process and point-of-sales system skills, our ideal candidate can work well with a team in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

    Responsibilities

    • Drive onsite, online and event store sales and manage inventory including sourcing, purchasing and setting retail pricing to ensure profitability
    • Conduct monthly analysis of Associate tools (print materials, apparel, etc) using reports to identify trends and purchasing forecasts, as well as ways to drive more revenue/sales
    • Manages overall budgets and P&L for swag and tools as well as recognition and starter kits.
    • Work with various departments to gather accurate forecasting information for event attendance, promotions, etc. that may have an effect on tools and/or swag purchasing
    • Oversee large, comprehensive print projects to include but not limited to Starter Kits, Recognition Kits, booklets, tri folds, brochures and other print materials
    • Manage the recognition program for field leaders to include concepts, sourcing, pricing, purchasing, logistics, and retail price setting
    • Maintain and/or seek new vendor relationships
    • Negotiates and manages all vendor contracts to fit within outlined budgets (Commits employer to contracts)
    • Purchase order creation
    • Reviews all invoices for approvals and payout
    • Handle all vendor issues dealing with contracts, deliverables, etc. for vendor resolutions
    • Investigates, advises and consults on recommendations for management
    • Strategically implement creative new ways to upgrade and modernize the My Stream Store experience online, onsite and at events
    • Maintain cross-departmental communication with the field development and accounting teams
    • Ability to travel and work weekends (10-15 times per year). An occasional evening event may occur during week days.
    • Ability to move and lift small to medium sized boxes as needed for onsite event setup.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Merchandising or similar area
    • 3 to 5 years’ experience (marketing specific)
    • Network marketing experience
    • Strong skills in the following areas:
      • Teamwork
      • Self-starter
      • Ability to think through projects and direction/feedback from others
      • Vendor management
      • Strong attention to detail
    • Knowledge of the print process for marketing materials
    • Strong experience in budgeting, P&L management and forecasting
    • Experience with Point of Sales system management
    • Experience in network marketing sales tools, apparel and merchandise
