  • Overview

    The Quality Management Analyst performs various activities related to billing process management.  This requires interaction with vendors outside the Firm, as well as key strategic teams within Stream.  The QM Analyst works with various departments within the Firm to provide revenue assurance & ensure billing accuracy.  They will perform billing review each day.  They will be a Subject Matter Expert who is able to provide in-depth analysis on key issues as they arise.


    • Perform daily billing and review functions for all Energy markets.
      • Prepare daily billing reports that include billed amounts and other exceptions worked.
      • Coordinate daily with vendors to analyze billing exceptions.
      • Coordinate with QM team, departments, management, and vendors to perform root cause analysis and problem resolution of various issues.
    • Define and implement processes to avoid reoccuring issues and resolve issues with impacted customer accounts.
      • Continue process refinement of existing QM processes.
      • Provide assistance & insight to Operations & QM team members.
      • Research complex issues and provide detailed, value added feedback to QM team.
    • Coordinate with Internal Audit team for purposes of Interntal Controls implementation/monitoring.
    • Utilize Qlikview to run reports used by various groups including: QM team, operations, and vendors for account resolution.
    • Utilize SQL Server/MySQL to generate ad hoc reports as needed.
    • Work with Senior Readiness Analysts, IT Project Managers, & IT QA Analysts to perform UAT as it relates to system enhancements & new deployments.


    • 4+ years Energy industry experience (Electric & Gas) is highly preferred
    • SQL/MySQL experience is highly preferred
    • General awareness of/familiarity with GAAP, SOX, & Lean/Six Sigma concepts & principles
    • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends on occasion
    • Thrive in a fast paced team environment
    • Excellent problem solving skills
    • Strong interpersonal communication skills including written and oral
    • Must have strong Excel skills, as well as other MS Office software
    • Must be willing to learn new systems & processes
