  • Overview

    The BIG Coordinator reports directly to the Director – Business Integrity Group & Corporate Affairs and is responsible for supporting the department in the completion of administrative and support role tasks. The Coordinator will help support the analyst and specialists in the BIG department to ensure Stream Independent Associates’ (“IA”) are in compliance with IA Policies & Procedures, IA Compensation Plan, and other terms and conditions which may apply to Independent Associates.

    Responsibilities

    • Communicate with IAs via email, telephone calls, and letters regarding policy violations
    • Provide training to IAs on Stream’s Policies & Procedures. Training topics may include Stream’s IA policies or laws related to sales and marketing of Stream’s products
    • Support Analysts with investigative tasks such as: completing survey calls, identity verification, customer information system research, reviewing call recordings
    • Conduct social media reviews to identify policy violations
    • Update and track Disciplinary Action calendar
    • Assist with IA Business and Trust Process
    • Coordinate and schedule appeals board requests and meetings
    • Create and assign tickets in Wrike
    • Respond to shared inbox emails
    • Review booth certification tests and send booth certification documents
    • Manage booth registration Wrike tickets
    • Coordinate and schedule trainings between IAs and BIG Team
    • Update and track booth calendar
    • Other projects and tasks as assigned by Director of Business Integrity Group & Corporate Affairs

    Qualifications

    • Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Preferably bilingual and fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English and Spanish.
    • 1-3 years of experience in Compliance, Multi-level Marketing (MLM), Direct Sales or Customer Service preferred, but not required
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrates the ability to communicate clearly and concisely while displaying credibility and confidence.
    • High degree of flexibility in order to function under varied time-lines.
    • Effectively manage time while completing multiple tasks.
    • Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
