Stream’s Residential Sales Department relies heavily on its Sales Agents for multiple tasks. The Agent must be bilingual in Spanish and English (read and write), and responsible for identifying, originating and closing new sales opportunities. The candidate must strive to achieve specific monthly sales goals by generating and closing leads via multiple sales channel, referrals and develop new relationships.
The Sales Agent will need to develop, maintain and enhance existing relationships as well. This position focuses heavily on identifying resolutions, researching feasibility assessments and performing detailed reporting.
It is also paramount that this individual is one of extremely high integrity as they will be a key peice of the vision and growth of the business from commissions to lead opportunities.
