  • Overview

    Stream’s Residential Sales Department relies heavily on its Sales Agents for multiple tasks.  The Agent must be bilingual in Spanish and English (read and write), and responsible for identifying, originating and closing new sales opportunities. The candidate must strive to achieve specific monthly sales goals by generating and closing leads via multiple sales channel, referrals and develop new relationships.


    The Sales Agent will need to develop, maintain and enhance existing relationships as well.  This position focuses heavily on identifying resolutions, researching feasibility assessments and performing detailed reporting.


    It is also paramount that this individual is one of extremely high integrity as they will be a key peice of the vision and growth of the business from commissions to lead opportunities. 


    • Assist with sales efforts through excellent negotiation and follow-up skills.
    • Demonstrate knowledge to Identify and initiate resolutions to escalated sales concerns
    • Self-driven individual with the drive to quickly learn new products, processes and systems
    • Knowledge and understanding of deregulated retail electricity market.
    • Strong team player with a positive attitude


    • Ability to work cohesively with other areas of the firm.
    • Strong communication skills through interpersonal/ verbal,  presentation, written, negotiation,  and  motivational mediums.
    • Spanish & English speaking proficiency is a must
    • Preferred experience in a high paced sales environment
    • Disciplined in their lifestyle, willingness to learn and accept feedback
    • Must be able to work a flexible schedule
    • Solid problem solving, decision making skills
    • Exceptional written and spoken communication that is clear and concise with strict attention to detail
