    As a Senior Graphic Designer at Stream, you’ll be an integral part of the Creative and Marketing teams, as you seek to solve problems and further business initiatives in a creative and strategic way, bringing design-thinking to every project. In this role, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of the creative process for design projects including responsive web design, print layout, presentations, web graphics, video graphics, illustrations, emails, brand development, UI/UX, and more. You’ll be joining a team of creatives, designers, video producers, developers, writers, and marketing communicators who love what they do and continually strive to better their craft and further Stream’s business initiatives each day.     • Contribute to all kinds of digital and print projects including websites, apps, branding, promotions, emails, signage, marketing collateral and more.
    • Keep up with current design trends. We don’t want to go stale!
    • Drive results by bringing design-thinking, business strategy and creativity to every project.
    • Put others first, whether clients, customers, or your team.
    • Be a self-starter, solve problems, and be proactive in accomplishing tasks and goals.
    • Work independently  and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with evolving technology and tight timelines.
    • Be a digital juggler and manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
    • Clearly communicate with internal clients from other departments and guide them through the design process.
    • Independently create designs and implement creative solutions to client objectives.
    • Present ideas, mockups, and design comps in meetings with small groups.
    • Contribute to projects managed by other graphic designers and manage your own projects.
    • Contribute to and maintain the Stream brand.
    • Follow creative direction and maintain brand standards
    • Mentor Jr. Designer(s).
    • Create developer-ready digital files and/or production-ready print files.
    • Know and implement best practices and maintain good file organization.
    • Design beautiful, user-centric, responsive websites, web pages and mobile user interfaces.
    • Be nice and work well with your team, other departments and leadership.
    • Always be learning new skills and assume new responsibilities.
    • Give and receive constructive criticism.
    • Have a positive, can-do attitude.
    • Work closely with other designers, videographers and editors on various projects.
    • Other related duties as assigned.


    • 5 years of professional graphic design experience
    • BA or BFA or higher in graphic design or a related discipline; alternatively, four years’ additional experience in agency or in-house marketing or creative services department
    • Expert proficiency with the latest versions of Adobe products, especially Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
    • Proficiency in Sketch, InVision Studio, or Framer a plus
    • Strong illustration skills a plus
    • English copywriting experience preferred
    • Experience with network marketing and/or retail energy a plus
    • Ability to understand, speak, and write in Spanish a plus
    • Familiarity with web development and/or online marketing disciplines a plus
    • Experience with other creative disciplines such as photography, videography, or motion graphics a plus
    • Ability to operate effectively within Apple‘s OS.
    • Clear, concise oral and written communication
    • Able to occasionally work flexible hours; overtime and weekends may be required

    Working Conditions:

    • Occasionally you may be asked to work flexible hours (i.e. staff an event, work late to finish a project); overtime and weekends may be required.
