  • Overview

    The role of the Recognition & Incentives Coordinator reports directly to and supports the Senior Manager – Recognition & Incentives with daily Associate recognition and incentive activities.

    Responsibilities

     

    • Assist with execution of the following programs: Rank advancement perks (gifts, Executive Director Dinner, National Director Celebration), Mercedes Car Program, incentive trips (Streamcation, Senior Director Power Trip, Top Performers Trip, Presidents Club Retreat), incentive bonuses, and pool share.
    • Assist with rank advancement and incentive qualifications and occasionally serve as the liaison with qualifiers once rank or qualification achieved.
    • Assist with recognition at all events (nominations, award orders, gift orders, signage coordination).
    • Assist with all online recognition collateral including My Stream Stories (written and video), Top Leader listings, and leaderboards.
    • Work with Marketing to ensure the recognition collateral are released in a timely manner via all existing channels.
    • Coordinate fulfillment of recognition gifts and awards.
    • Partner with the Field, Marketing, Events, and Information Technology team to identify requirements for promotions and tracking.
    • Responsible for documenting and tracking all recognition initiatives.

     

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or multilevel marketing (MLM)/direct sales experience required
    • Vendor management experience
    • Strong planning and organizational skills
    • Ability to analyze large sets of data and make independent judgments and decisions
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Effective communicator (verbally and in writing), time management and problem-solving skills
    • Comfortable independently interacting with executives, members, and cross-functional teams
    • Organize workload for effective implementation under general supervision
    • Multi-task and prioritize effectively
    • Team player able to interact effectively at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity
    • Good interpersonal skills, attention to detail and PC skills; (intermediate excel)
    • Bilingual in Spanish is plus

    Working Conditions:

    • Travel domestically and internationally
    • Flexible working hours - possible evening and weekend hours depending on events and work needs

    Physical Requirements:

    • Long period of standing and walking
    • Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
